Ramgarh resonated with patriotic fervor as it celebrated the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel with a significant ‘Ekta March’. The event drew a substantial crowd, including Member of Parliament Manish Jaiswal and MLA Roshan Lal Choudhary, who joined numerous BJP leaders and activists in the march.
Organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and ‘Mera Bharat’, the unity procession journeyed from Ramgarh College to Patel Chowk. The proceedings were initiated with a unified and spirited singing of ‘Vande Mataram’, fostering a deep sense of national pride.
During the event, MP Manish Jaiswal spoke about Sardar Patel’s unparalleled role in forging a united India and his efforts in integrating various states. He stressed that the most meaningful way to honor Patel is by internalizing his principle of placing national welfare at the forefront. Jaiswal further characterized Patel’s life as an embodiment of bravery, conviction, and strong commitment. MLA Roshan Lal Choudhary called upon the citizens to actively participate in national service.
Among the notable attendees were BJP District President Praveen Mehta, Ranjan Kumar alias Kuntu Babu, Dr. Sanjay Prasad Singh, Raju Kushwaha, District Vice President Ranjan Fauji, Mahendra Prajapati, Sanjeet Kumar, Rajiv Jaiswal, Raju Chaturvedi, Vijay Jaiswal, Sanjeev Kumar Babla, and Sardar Anmol Singh, underscoring the widespread support for the initiative.
