A significant workshop on vigilance, operating under the banner “Vigilance – Our Shared Responsibility,” took place at the Rajrappa region of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL). The event forms part of the broader Vigilance Awareness Campaign-2025.
The Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of CCL, Pankaj Kumar, graced the occasion as the chief guest. In his speech, Kumar underscored the critical need for honesty and transparency in all public dealings. He eloquently stated that vigilance is a mutual obligation, resting on the shoulders of all employees, not just a select few.
Discussions during the program saw the CCL CVO engaging with officers representing diverse functional areas. He provided expert advice and recommendations related to established company policies and operational frameworks. This workshop served as a crucial forum to strengthen the commitment to ethical conduct and transparent practices within the organization.
