A comprehensive site inspection was conducted by the Jharkhand Home Secretary, Vandana Dadel, at Morabadi Maidan, the designated location for a state-level program set to take place on November 28th. The Home Secretary meticulously reviewed all logistical aspects of the event’s organization. Her directives focused on ensuring optimal arrangements for attendees and VIPs, with a strong emphasis on safety and accessibility. Critical points of review included seating capacity, stage setup, comprehensive security measures, traffic management strategies, protocols for VIP movements, availability of emergency services, effective barricading, organized parking facilities, clear entry and exit pathways, and robust sound systems. Secretary Dadel stressed that coordinated efforts from all departments are essential to guarantee that candidates and esteemed guests have a comfortable and hassle-free experience at the ceremony. Several high-ranking officials, including the Education Secretary, Ranchi Deputy Commissioner, and various police superintendents, were present to report on their respective areas of responsibility.
