The Manyan Samman Yojana, initiated by the state government, has provided financial assistance to 385,751 women in Ranchi district. These women received their monthly payments for June, totaling ₹2500 each. The total disbursement amounted to ₹96.43 crores, which was directly credited to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts. Moreover, a sum of ₹18.63 crores was disbursed to 74,534 women who had not received their May installment. The goal of the scheme is to bolster women’s financial independence and improve their quality of life.
