A shocking incident has come to light in Jharkhand, where a teacher is accused of inflicting severe physical harm on a young student. The incident took place at a private school in the Gardarpo Panchayat area of Lohardaga district, under the jurisdiction of Bhandara police station. The victim, a UKG student named Prince Uraon, suffered a broken finger and serious leg injuries due to the alleged assault. The teacher, identified as Kranti Kiran Kido, is accused of the brutal attack. The assault was reportedly triggered by the child’s complaint about the poor quality of food provided in the school’s hostel. Prince’s father, Sukra Uraon, reported the incident to the Bhandara police, leading to an FIR against the teacher. The FIR states that the teacher used a stick to beat Prince on August 20th after he voiced his concerns about the hostel food. Following the attack, the terrified child ran away from the hostel to his village, where he informed his family about the incident. Medical examinations at Sadar Hospital in Lohardaga confirmed the extent of his injuries, including a fractured finger and injuries to his right leg. The school principal has denied the allegations, but the Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Hemant Soren, has intervened, ordering an investigation by the Lohardaga district’s Deputy Commissioner and directing appropriate action.
