Jairam Mahto, the Dumri MLA, organized a talent recognition ceremony at the Vinod Bihari Mahto Rural Stadium in Nawadih, where he awarded top students from the JAC matriculation and intermediate exams. Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar was the chief guest. The toppers were awarded laptops and the next top 36 students got tablets, funded by the MLA. All the students also received mementos and certificates.
Addressing the gathering, the Governor highlighted the importance of education in bringing positive change. He also emphasized the significance of hard work to achieve dreams and bring pride to their families and the state. The MLA stated that the period of 13 to 19 years is crucial for building a career and deciding on your future. He emphasized that education is the key to success, comparing it to the milk of a lioness, the more you drink, the more you will roar. He shared his personal experiences of facing financial difficulties in his early life and announced plans to help students facing similar challenges.
