The Rajarappa area of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a workshop under the Vigilance Awareness Campaign-2025, centered on the theme, ‘Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility.’ The event underscored the critical role of ethical conduct in corporate operations.
The workshop was graced by the presence of CCL’s Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), Pankaj Kumar, as the chief guest. In his address, Kumar stressed the imperative of upholding honesty and transparency in all professional dealings. He articulated that vigilance is a communal obligation, extending to every member of the organization rather than being confined to specific roles. During the session, the CVO interacted with numerous officials, exchanging insights and providing expert advice on the company’s established policies and procedures. This workshop served as a pivotal platform for fostering a deeper sense of loyalty, accountability, and transparency among the leadership, aligning with CCL’s commitment to ethical governance.
