A weekly public grievance redressal was organized in the Deputy Commissioner’s office room under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner cum District Magistrate Shri Utkarsh Gupta.
People from urban and rural areas of the district presented their problems before the Deputy Commissioner. During the public grievance redressal, the Deputy Commissioner listened to the problems of all the people one by one and assured that all their complaints would be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
Today’s public grievance redressal mainly included applications related to land disputes, land acquisition, non-completion of pension related work, non-payment of money after getting the work done, related to stopping the flow of dirty water from the house on the newly constructed PCC road, and providing financial assistance. After hearing the problems of all the complainants in the public grievance, the Deputy Commissioner directed the officers of the concerned department to physically verify all the applications and resolve the problems as soon as possible.
As per the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner, public grievance redressal is organized every Tuesday and Friday in the offices of all the officers at the district, sub-division, and block levels for the solution of the problems of the general public and for the disposal of complaints.
