In a heartbreaking event, a father-in-law and his daughter-in-law lost their lives to electrocution while trying to repair a faulty fan. The incident took place in Karadmair village, located in the Bano block of Simdega district, Jharkhand. Alfos Hobo, the father-in-law, was attempting to fix the fan when he was electrocuted. His daughter-in-law, Kumudini Dungdung, tried to assist him, but she also received a fatal electric shock. Another villager, Dilip Kandulna, who came to help, was also shocked but survived.
