On the occasion of the 25th glorious year of state establishment, the “Run for Jharkhand” program was organized today from Bapu Vatika, Morabadi Ground, Ranchi. Chief Minister Hemant Soren flagged off this program with unity, energy, and enthusiasm, and launched the series of Jharkhand Silver Jubilee programs and the 150th birth anniversary programs of Dharti Aba Bhagwan Birsa Munda.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren extended his warm greetings to the state residents on Jharkhand Foundation Day and said, “I bow to all those great souls whose long struggle, sacrifice, and martyrdom have given identity to this state. This 25th year of Jharkhand is a symbol of pride, resolve, and development.” The Chief Minister further added, “Through ‘Run for Jharkhand’, we want to strengthen the feeling of belonging, unity, and development towards the state. This silver jubilee of state establishment will be celebrated on November 15 in a festive atmosphere.”
On this occasion, Minister Shri Sudivya Kumar Sonu, Rajya Sabha MP Smt. Mahua Maji, MLA Shri C. Singh, MLA Smt. Kalpana Soren, Chief Secretary Shri Avinash Kumar, Secretary Shri Manoj Kumar, along with administrative officials, students, players, and common citizens were present in the program.
