The Aviram College of Education in Tiko Kudu held a placement training program for its 2023-2025 session trainees. The Placement Cell’s Shiv Shankar oversaw the event, which began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony. Representatives from respected local schools attended the program to discuss placement opportunities. Attendees included Principal Siven Evenglin Ekka from Oxbridge School Hirhi, School Secretary Mo Taufiq, Shabnam and Pooja from Aviram School of Excellence, Principal Amit Kumar, teachers Rahul and Martha Lakra from Sacred Knowledge Public School, Ravindra Oraon from Spring Dale Public School, Asrita and Saurabh from Aviram Academy Maradih, and Swati Kumari and Babli Kumari from SD English Medium School. These individuals also conducted interviews with the trainees. The trainees showcased their confidence, knowledge, and analytical abilities during the training. Dr. Pratima Tripathi, the college principal, highlighted the yearly on-campus placement programs designed to familiarize students with the job market and interview procedures. The guests offered encouragement and guidance to the trainees preparing for interviews. The event was attended by Pankaj, Renuka, Mamta, Pawan, Kundan, Sandeep, Dolly, Aarti, and several others.
