Authorities in Bengaluru have arrested a tech employee for purportedly recording a woman within the office toilet premises. The accused, Nagesh Swapnil Mali, was employed as a Senior Associate at Infosys.
The woman, according to the official report, observed suspicious behavior near her cubicle and found Mali allegedly filming her. Her alarm prompted swift action from fellow staff members. The HR department subsequently erased the video footage from Mali’s phone in front of the complainant.
