Concurrently, authorities are dealing with the aftermath of an explosion at a chemical factory in the Pasamailaram Phase 1 area of Sangareddy district, Telangana. Tragically, the incident resulted in eight confirmed deaths and 26 injuries. The blast occurred at Sigachi Pharma.
