Elsewhere, in Telangana, a tragic collision involving two lorries claimed the lives of three people. The accident happened on the Maripeda to Warangal road, near Kudiya Tanda in Mahabubabad district, on Friday morning. Both vehicles were immediately engulfed in flames following the head-on collision. Post-mortem examinations will be carried out.
Sub-Inspector Satish of the Maripeda police station reported that the accident happened around 4:00 am and that the case is pending registration. One person died in one lorry and two in the other.
