    Khairagarh. The havoc of cold continues in the state. At the same time, a continuous decline in temperature is being seen in other parts of the state also. In this context, in view of the increasing cold in the district, the work of lighting bonfires is being done at various places in the urban body areas. Bonfires are being lit at various intersections by Khairagarh Municipality.

    Similarly, in Chhuikhadan and Gandai, arrangements have been made to burn bonfires at intersections to protect people from the cold. So that people can get relief from cold. It is noteworthy that in view of the increasing cold in the district, Collector Gopal Verma has given instructions to light bonfires every day in the squares and intersections of urban bodies.

    He said that the temperature is falling. Due to which the cold has increased considerably. The poor and destitute people in the city and those who do not have enough clothes to protect themselves from the cold. For such people, bonfire is the only support. In view of this, instructions have been given to make arrangements for lighting bonfires in major intersections.
