A disturbing incident of alleged black magic has been reported from a government school in the Durg district of Chhattisgarh. Unidentified individuals are believed to have performed a tantric ritual at the Borsi school, which included the sacrifice of a bird, reportedly a koel.
The discovery of the ritual took place on September 5th. School staff and students were confronted with a disturbing scene at the entrance to the staff room, including a bloodied bird, lemons, vermillion, and a rangoli. The unsettling display caused alarm, leading the staff to seek assistance from a local traditional healer. A puja was performed, utilizing lemons and incense, in an effort to mitigate the perceived consequences.
The Padmanabhpur police station has received a formal complaint and is investigating the matter. Police are examining CCTV footage from the school to identify those responsible for the ritual. Authorities are currently seeking to identify the tantric practitioners and those involved in the act.
