Raipur, November 18, 2025/ The state government has launched a special campaign in the month of November for pensioners to submit their Digital Life Certificate (DLC). Under this campaign, pensioners will no longer need to visit their original bank branch to submit their life certificate. They can submit their digital life certificate by visiting any bank or by staying at home through the “Jeevan Pramaan” mobile app and the website https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in.
This facility has been made available to all pensioners in the state as per the instructions of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi and the Directorate of Pension & Provident Fund, Chhattisgarh.
Director, Pension & Provident Fund, Chhattisgarh, Raipur, Mrs. Padmini Bhoi Sahu has issued necessary instructions to all banks and district treasuries. In a meeting held with bank officials, she directed that a maximum number of pensioners’ digital life certificates should be obtained before the pension disbursement date in November, so that no pensioner’s pension is interrupted.
In compliance with these instructions, banks including the State Bank of India are organizing special camps in various cities under “Digital Life Certificate Mission 4.0”. In these camps, digital life certificates will be obtained from pensioners through face authentication technology.
As per the guidelines of the Government of India, all banks will now be responsible for generating the digital life certificate of every pensioner visiting their branches, irrespective of whether the pensioner’s account is in any bank or branch.
All pensioners have been appealed to take advantage of this facility and submit their Life Certificate on time, so that their pension can continue uninterrupted.
