*Sisters of Jashpur tie Rakhi to Chief Minister Shri Sai*

Raipur, August 09, 2025 / On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, sisters who have benefited from various schemes tied rakhis and expressed their gratitude at the camp office located in the village of Bagia, the home village of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. Along with the beneficiary sisters of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Mahtari Vandan Yojana, Anganwadi workers-assistants, Mitanins and sisters of self-help groups also tied rakhis on the wrist of Chief Minister Shri Sai and wished for his long life.
Chief Minister Shri Sai, while congratulating all the sisters on Raksha Bandhan, said that this festival is a symbol of the unbreakable relationship, love and respect between brother and sister. He said that the government is continuously working for the development of three crore people of Chhattisgarh and the meaning of Modi ji’s guarantee is—guarantee of fulfillment of promise.
Chief Minister Shri Sai, while mentioning the development of Jashpur, said that approval has been received to establish a medical college, nursing college, physiotherapy and horticulture college, a 200-bed hospital and the state’s fifth power plant in Harradand (Kunkuri) for better electricity supply in Jashpur district. He assured that no obstacle will be allowed in the development of Jashpur.
On this occasion, Shri Upendra Yadav, Shri Sunil Gupta, Surguja Commissioner Shri Narendra Dugga, IG Shri Deepak Kumar Jha, District Panchayat CEO Shri Abhishek Kumar, public representatives, sisters of self-help groups and beneficiary women were present in large numbers.
