The Central Government’s campaign to eliminate Naxalism from the country has intensified, with a definitive timeline set by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Shah declared that operations against Naxalites will continue relentlessly, irrespective of the weather. He noted the progress made by the Chhattisgarh government, led by Vishnu Deo Sai and Vijay Sharma, in expediting the anti-Naxal efforts. Addressing the Naxalites, Shah urged them to surrender, assuring them of the government’s commitment to rehabilitation and support. He emphasized the attractiveness of the government’s surrender policy and the opportunities for those willing to give up arms. Furthermore, Shah inaugurated the National Forensic Science University and a Central Forensic Lab in Nava Raipur, alongside the ‘iHub’ initiative designed to foster startups and support young innovators. Shah called on the youth of Chhattisgarh to take the lead in the state’s industrial development.
