**Bihar’s Shifting Weather**
Bihar witnessed a sudden change in weather on Wednesday, with rainfall in Patna and other districts. Many districts in Bihar are likely to experience rain during Dussehra. A heavy rainfall forecast has been issued for 19 districts in Bihar today. The entire state, including Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, is expected to remain overcast until October 3rd. Dussehra celebrations in the state could be dampened by rain. A Yellow Alert for heavy rainfall has been issued for select areas across 12 districts on October 2nd and 3rd.
**States Facing Rain**
Due to cyclonic circulation, heavy rainfall is anticipated in Northeast and South India until October 4th. Alerts for heavy to very heavy rainfall and thunderstorms have been issued in Odisha, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, and Telangana. Uttarakhand may see a return of the rain. Light to moderate rain is anticipated in areas of Nainital, Bageshwar, and Pithoragarh during Dussehra.
**Himachal Pradesh Weather Outlook**
Light to moderate rain, along with lightning, is anticipated in parts of Dehradun. Himachal Pradesh will also experience rain on Dussehra. Light rain is predicted in many areas across the state until October 4th, with the possibility of light to moderate rain in some areas on October 5th. Light rain is predicted in many areas, and heavy rain in some areas, on October 6th. Heavy rainfall is expected in some parts of the state on October 7th.
