The monsoon season continues to bring rainfall to different parts of the country. The IMD has issued warnings for heavy rainfall in several states from July 11th to 16th. This includes the Western Himalayan region, North India, Central India, and the Northeast, which are expected to experience thunderstorms. A yellow alert has been issued for Delhi, where the minimum temperature on Friday is expected to be 23 degrees Celsius and the maximum 31 degrees Celsius. The weather department anticipates rain in Delhi and its surrounding areas for the next seven days. Eastern Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu and Kashmir are likely to experience heavy rainfall between July 11th and 16th. Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh will also see intense rainfall on July 11th and 16th. Western Uttar Pradesh will experience rainfall from July 11th to 13th, while Eastern Uttar Pradesh will be affected on July 11th and 12th. Heavy rainfall is predicted for Western Rajasthan from July 11th to 16th. Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Jharkhand are also under the weather alert. Extremely heavy rainfall is expected in East Madhya Pradesh on July 11th-12th, accompanied by strong winds. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, and Tripura will have thunderstorms and heavy rain from July 11th to 16th. Goa, Gujarat, Saurashtra, Kutch, and the Ghat areas of central Maharashtra can expect heavy rainfall on July 13th and 14th. Kerala, Karnataka, and Lakshadweep may experience light to moderate rainfall with heavy showers in some areas in the coming days.
