Uttar Pradesh is also expected to receive heavy rainfall in specific districts, including Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Agra, Firozabad, Etawah, Shahjahanpur, Jalaun, Mahoba, Jhansi, and Lalitpur. Bihar, on the other hand, is seeing a reduction in rainfall, with a dry spell in the monsoon season. The weather department has predicted rain in some districts of Bihar. The forecast includes heavy to very heavy rainfall for Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Punjab, Telangana, and Uttarakhand. The weather department also anticipates heavy rainfall in Assam, Meghalaya, coastal Karnataka, the Gangetic plains of West Bengal, and Rajasthan. Heavy rainfall is also expected in Jharkhand, Kerala, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu and Kashmir.
