In a bizarre turn of events in the Bastar district of Chhattisgarh, a 9-month-old girl has made headlines. The incident occurred in the Koyanar village, where the child, identified as Manvi, encountered a venomous snake. Mistaking the reptile for a plaything, she bit it, causing the snake to die. The infant, remarkably, was unharmed. The incident has become a topic of astonishment. Manvi was reportedly playing in a room on August 13th when her mother was resting. The child spotted the snake and, apparently thinking it was a toy, began chewing on it. Her mother, upon discovering the scene, quickly took the snake away and rushed the child to the hospital. The family then transported the child to the Mekaz Hospital in Jagdalpur. Doctors examined the child and, after 24 hours of observation, confirmed she was safe. They believe the snake was killed by the force of the bites. Deepika, the mother, reported her initial fear when she saw her daughter with the snake. The incident is causing a stir. The villagers have nicknamed Manvi the ‘little lioness,’ and the story is spreading on social media.
