* **Registered Speed Post:** Users can now register Speed Post items (documents/parcels) ensuring delivery to the intended recipient or an authorized representative. This service incurs a fee of ₹5 per item + GST.
* **OTP-Verified Delivery:** Delivery will require OTP verification by the recipient, with a charge of ₹5 per item + GST.
* **Student Concessions:** A 10% discount will be available for students utilizing Speed Post.
* **Bulk Customer Incentives:** New bulk customers will benefit from a 5% discount.
* **SMS Alerts:** Delivery notifications will be sent via SMS.
* **Online Booking:** Customers can conveniently book Speed Post services online.
* **Real-Time Tracking:** Users will have access to real-time updates on parcel location and delivery status.
* **Customer Registration:** A dedicated registration facility will be provided for customer convenience.
