The Gariaband district is experiencing widespread disruption due to torrential rainfall that began last night. Many residents are dealing with flooded homes, creating considerable difficulties. Traffic is at a standstill in numerous areas, including villages of Loharsi and Ravan, due to waterlogged roads. Residents are working to drain water from their properties, however, the unrelenting rain is hampering their efforts.
The authorities have issued a warning as several small rivers and nullahs in the district are at flood stage.
The public has been urged by the administration to exercise caution and avoid unnecessary travel near waterways.
