Travelers should note that two express trains scheduled to pass through Raipur have been canceled. This action is a result of infrastructure upgrades being carried out by the South East Railway’s Chakradharpur division, specifically between Gamharia Junction and Adityapur. The construction period, which runs from July 15th to October 4th, will require the temporary blocking of rail lines.
Canceled Services:
* Tata-Bilaspur-Tata Express: Affected dates are July 15, 19, 22, 26, 29, and August 2.
* Tata-Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose-Tata Express: Affected dates are August 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, and 26.
Rerouted Services:
* Puri-Yognagri Rishikesh Utkal Express: Will be diverted via Cuttack, Sambalpur City, Jharsuguda Road, and Ib on July 18 and 25, and August 1, 11, 18, and 25.
* Yognagri Rishikesh Utkal Express: Will be diverted via Ib, Jharsuguda Road, Sambalpur City, and Cuttack on July 14, 21, and 28, August 8, 15, 22, and 29, and September 5, 12, 19, and 26, and October 3.
* Durg-Ara South Bihar Express: Will be rerouted via Sini and Kandra Junction on July 15, 22, and 29.
* Ara-Durg South Bihar Express: Will be rerouted via Kandra Junction and Sini on July 18, 25, and October 1.
