Sai noted the commencement of a 25-week celebration, marking the silver jubilee of Chhattisgarh’s formation, viewing it as a direct result of Vajpayee’s contributions. He declared the current year as ‘Atal Nirman Varsh,’ including a special budget allocation dedicated to accelerating infrastructure development. The Chief Minister emphasized that Chhattisgarh is advancing towards the goals that Vajpayee had set for its creation and presented the Chhattisgarh Anjor Vision-2047 roadmap as a strategy for achieving developed-state status in the upcoming quarter-century. Sharing personal recollections, Sai spoke of his privilege of having heard Vajpayee’s speeches in Parliament during his term as a Member of Parliament. He recalled the anticipation for Vajpayee’s speeches, emphasizing his charismatic approach and skill in articulating his views.
