Raipur, 14 December 2025 / Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today unveiled the ‘Energetic Chhattisgarh’ Coffee Table Book published by the Chhattisgarh Power Corporation, a special silver jubilee edition, in the Chief Minister’s office at the new assembly complex. This extensive coffee table book chronicles Chhattisgarh state’s formation and the 25-year proud journey of the Chhattisgarh State Power Corporation and its successor power companies, highlighting achievements and developmental narrative. CM Sai remarked that this coffee table book is a vivid record of the historic changes in the energy sector, infrastructure development, innovations, and citizen‑oriented services in Chhattisgarh. The book showcases the state’s remarkable achievements in the energy sector, with robust planning, modern technology, and a consumer‑centric approach, and illustrates extensive improvements in the power sector—from the establishment of super critical thermal power plants to 32,000 MW generation capacity, efficient coal mining operations, and the expansion of the statewide transmission and distribution network. At this occasion, CM Vishnu Dev Sai extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Chhattisgarh Power Corporation team, praising the dedication, commitment, and contribution of officials and employees working in the energy sector.
