Raipur, June 23, 2025/Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai paid tribute by offering flowers on the picture of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, the first Industry Minister of India, great educationist, and founder of Bharatiya Jana Sangh, on his death anniversary at his residence office today. The Chief Minister paid homage to Dr. Mukherjee, remembering his incomparable contribution to nation building.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee dedicated every moment of his life to realizing the vision of the country’s unity, social justice, and self-reliant India. He was not only a skilled organizer but also a visionary statesman who wove Indian politics into a strong thread of nationalism and cultural identity.
Shri Sai said that through the establishment of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh, Dr. Mukherjee gave birth to an ideology that gave the country a new vision to think and act in the national interest. His ideas still guide our democratic consciousness.
The Chief Minister said that the life of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee teaches us that national service is a lifelong practice and penance. His dedication and high ideals are still a source of inspiration for all of us.
The Chief Minister said that we are all determined to build a prosperous, strong and self-reliant India by following the path shown by him.
