Chief Minister Sai’s resolve: Chhattisgarh will become the model state of the country
Chief Minister Shri Sai inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various development works worth Rs 102 crore in Bemetara district
Raipur, July 28, 2025/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai said that the state government has taken many historic decisions in the last one and a half years, the purpose of which is to give top priority to public welfare while moving the state towards overall development. He expressed confidence that these concrete steps will establish Chhattisgarh as an example for the country in the coming time. Chief Minister Shri Sai was addressing a huge public meeting organized at the stadium complex located in Dadi Nagar Panchayat of Bemetara district today.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the Chhattisgarh government has implemented most of the promises made to the public in a very short time. He informed that while realizing the dream of the poor to have their own house, approval has been given for 18 lakh houses. Paddy is being purchased from farmers at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal, while the outstanding paddy bonus of the last two years has also been given to the farmers.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, which is being run with the objective of making women self-reliant, assistance of Rs 1000 per month is being given to 70 lakh women of the state, which is a revolutionary initiative in the direction of social and economic empowerment. Similarly, Atal Seva Kendras have been established to digitally empower the Panchayats, due to which citizen services are becoming available at the rural level.
On this occasion, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 48 development works in Bemetara district at a cost of Rs 102 crore, which includes the inauguration of 22 works worth Rs 35.76 crore and the foundation stone laying of 26 works worth Rs 66.91 crore. Chief Minister Shri Sai announced Rs 5-5 lakh per panchayat for the construction of CC roads in 20 gram panchayats. At the कार्यक्रम स्थल, the Chief Minister gave an environmental message by planting saplings and also inspected the exhibition put up by various departments. He distributed beneficiary-oriented materials to the beneficiaries of various schemes.
On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao, while giving a big gift to Dadi Nagar Panchayat, announced the approval of Rs 1.25 crore for the construction of the office building. He said that all the schemes of the Chhattisgarh government have been made keeping the village, the poor and the farmer in mind and it is the top priority of the government to improve the lives of these sections.

He said that bringing positive changes in the lives of village, poor, farmer, woman and youth is the direction and vision of our government.
Food Minister Shri Dayaldas Baghel, MLA Shri Dipesh Sahu, MLA Shri Rohit Sahu, MLA Shri Ishwar Sahu, Chairman of Rajkakar Vikas Board Shri Prahlad Rajak and other public representatives and dignitaries were present.
