    Raipur, May 16, 2025/Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has said that a new sun of development will soon rise in Naxal-affected areas. He said that this area has been affected by Naxalism, due to which the wheels of development have been halted here. Our concern is to end Naxalism here and speed up development work. He said that our soldiers are strongly confronting the Naxals. Our resolve is to end Naxalism by March 2026. Chief Minister Shri Sai was addressing the Samadhan Shivir organized in Sitagaon, Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki district today.

    Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that in the Sushasan Tihar (Good Governance Festival), the government is reaching your doorstep and also resolving your problems. Only a government that works with true intentions presents its report card to the public by going among them. On this occasion, he announced the upgradation of Sitagaon Sub Health Center to Primary Health Center, construction of Bus Stand and Hostel in Mohla, upgradation of Sitagaon High School to Higher Secondary School and a 132 KV sub station in Ambagarh Chowki area. The Chief Minister said that the benefit of Mahtari Vandan Yojana (Mother Worship Scheme) is being given to all eligible sisters, and those whose names have not been added will be added soon.

    Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that during Sushasan Tihar, we are constantly reaching out to the public and taking feedback on the schemes. He said that our government is reaching any area without prior notice, holding chaupals (village meetings) and directly interacting with the people to listen to their problems. This government is working with the spirit of transparency and public participation. He said that after the formation of the government in the state, 1.8 million Pradhan Mantri Awas (Prime Minister’s Housing) have been sanctioned, out of which 32,000 houses have been sanctioned for Naxal affected people under PM Janman. A large number of houses have been completed and beneficiaries are also entering their new homes. 15,000 special houses have been sanctioned for victims of Naxal violence and surrendered Naxals.

    The Chief Minister said that the government has procured paddy at the rate of ₹3100 per quintal as per its promise. Now the process of mutation will also be completed automatically along with land registration. Relinquishment deed can now be done for just ₹500. Atal Digital Service Centers have been established in 1460 gram panchayats of the state, which will be extended to all gram panchayats in the coming year. He said that the Tribal Museum established in Naya Raipur is an important step in the direction of preserving tribal culture. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma also addressed the camp.

    At the Sitagaon Samadhan Shivir, the Chief Minister handed over the keys of happiness to the beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. On this occasion, he also honored the sanitation workers and meritorious students. Apart from this, nets were distributed to fishermen, ration cards to villagers, pension and other scheme benefits were distributed to the beneficiaries. Villagers from 08 surrounding gram panchayats participated in the Sitagaon camp. In the camp, 336 applications for forest rights pattas, 258 for Pradhan Mantri Awas, 247 applications for ration cards, and a total of 1770 applications were resolved. Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Subodh Kumar Singh along with many public representatives, panchayat representatives and a large number of villagers were present in the program.

    Resolution of 47076 Applications in Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki
    Out of 48007 applications received under Sushasan Tihar in Mohla Manpur Ambagarh Chowki district, 47076 applications have been resolved so far. These applications mainly include applications related to Pradhan Mantri Awas, individual toilets, person-oriented works under MNREGA, infrastructure construction, Mahtari Vandan Yojana, and forest rights leases. According to the demand and eligibility, the applications are being examined department wise and benefits are being provided to the applicants through camps.
