The inauguration of the 4G network was part of a broader initiative, with over ₹60,000 crore allocated for various development projects, including the expansion of 8 IITs and the opening of a flyover in Sambalpur. Modi lauded the progress of Odisha under the ‘double engine’ government, which is driving rapid growth.
