IPS officer Vikas Vaibhav spoke at a youth dialogue organized in Nirmali, Supaul district, Bihar, as part of the ‘Let’s Inspire Bihar’ campaign. The event, coordinated by Kumar Bhagwat, aimed to engage young people in discussions about the future. Vaibhav, expressing his optimism, highlighted the enthusiasm of the students present and their commitment to the vision. He urged them to actively participate in bringing about an educational and entrepreneurial revolution to build a developed Bihar by 2047, contributing to a developed India.
He expressed satisfaction at the widespread reach of the ‘Let’s Inspire Bihar’ campaign, even in the distant areas of Bihar. He shared the core Vedanta messages, emphasizing the need to connect with the perspectives of Bihar’s ancestors. Vaibhav emphasized that overcoming divisions based on caste, creed, gender, and ideology, and uniting individuals, is key to shaping a better future.
He stressed that a developed Bihar is essential for India’s overall development by 2047. He envisioned a Bihar where residents have access to education, employment, and healthcare within the state. He encouraged drawing inspiration from the ancestors, rising above societal divisions, and contributing with the principles of education, equality, and entrepreneurship.
‘Let’s Inspire Bihar’ has grown into a major social movement for Bihar’s development, with over 250,000 direct members. The initiative has set up 27 free centers across 14 districts in Bihar and has more than 600 startups involved. More than 50,000 people have benefited from over 300 free health camps organized by doctors.
In addition, various social activities are being organized by social workers. The ‘Developed Bihar @ 2047’ vision was launched at the Startup Summit 2025. The plan includes establishing chapters in every panchayat in Bihar by 2028, along with the establishment of at least five startups in each district that can provide employment to over 100 individuals through the campaign. Achieving these goals requires concerted efforts at every level.
