In a remarkable event, a woman in Purnia, Bihar, gave birth to four daughters through a natural delivery process. This exceptional delivery was managed by a dedicated team of medical professionals at the Baisi Primary Health Center. The mother, BB Haseerun, 24, already had four children prior to this event. The latest delivery brings her total number of children to eight.
BB Haseerun experienced premature labor and was brought to the Baisi Primary Health Center with the help of an ASHA worker. The medical team examined the ultrasound report, which indicated only three babies. The medical staff was surprised because the birth of triplets is already a rare occurrence. The nursing staff helped prepare the mother mentally for a successful delivery and ensured her that the delivery would be normal. After continuous counseling, the mother’s anxiety was reduced.
During the delivery, the first three daughters were born successfully. Shortly after the delivery of the triplets, the mother experienced further contractions. After examination, a fourth baby was found. The fourth baby was delivered safely, despite not being detected in the ultrasound report.
After delivery, the mother and her four daughters were checked, and all were found to be healthy. The news spread quickly, drawing a crowd of local people to the hospital. The father, Kaiser Alam, stated that his wife, BB Haseerun, is 24 years old. He expressed his gratitude to the doctors and nurses for the successful delivery.
The mother and all four daughters were referred to Purnia Medical College for additional care. Medical experts have noted that although such cases are observed, normal deliveries of four healthy children are rare. This case has become a sign of hope and determination.
