Rahul Gandhi, spearheading the voter अधिकार यात्रा (adhikar yatra) in Bihar, launched a scathing attack against the BJP, accusing them of widespread vote rigging. He singled out Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and the Election Commission, stating that the claim of the BJP staying in power for 40-50 years was not a prediction, but rather an expression of confidence built on the manipulation of votes. The yatra, which had Priyanka Gandhi Vadra joining her brother, also saw participation from Tejashwi Yadav of the RJD. Yadav accused the BJP of both vote theft and undermining reservation policies. Gandhi’s comments came during a public address in Madhubani, where he reiterated that the alleged vote theft started in Gujarat and spread to other parts of the country in 2014. The yatra, which started from Supaul and concluded the day in Darbhanga, will resume the next day from Darbhanga.
