A contemporary art exhibition, featuring works by fifteen prominent artists from Bihar, is underway at the Regional Passport Office in Patna. Organized by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations under the Ministry of External Affairs, the exhibition is themed ‘Whispers of Imagination: Display of Diversity in Contemporary Art’. The exhibition is a month-long event, opening on September 25, 2025. The exhibition aims to bring art to a wider audience, offering a unique cultural experience for the 1500 daily visitors to the Passport Seva Kendra in Patna.
