CM Mohan Yadav addressed a gathering in Patna, focusing on the ideals of Lord Krishna and participating in a social reform event organized by the Akhil Bharatiya Yadav Mahasabha Ahir. He stated that the government is working on developing ‘Shri Krishna Pathey Teerth,’ a project to create pilgrimage sites at the locations of Lord Krishna’s activities. He praised Lord Krishna’s democratic views and emphasized the importance of incorporating his teachings into governance. The Chief Minister pointed out that Lord Krishna, considered a great figure of the Yadu clan, was a master of all fine arts and defended democratic values at the age of 11. The government is also constructing Gita Bhawans across Madhya Pradesh and promoting the Gurukul education system by establishing Sandipani Vidyalayas. He also mentioned that the city of Patna (ancient Pataliputra) and Ujjain (ancient Avantika) are among the oldest cities in the country, and that the flow of Buddhist ideas from Bihar has influenced the entire world. He emphasized India’s rich culture and encouraged people to uphold their culture, values, and ideas. The Chief Minister invited the citizens of Bihar to visit Madhya Pradesh, highlighting Lord Krishna’s childhood spent in the state and the establishment of the foundation of the friendship of Krishna-Sudama.
