A devastating road accident in Patna claimed the lives of two Kanwariyas and left two others injured. The incident happened near the Bairia bus stand early Tuesday. The deceased, Neeraj Kumar and Bablu Kumar, were traveling to collect Gangajal when a high-speed truck hit their motorcycle. Both victims were from Chhipura Kala village. The two injured individuals, also from the same village, were rushed to a nearby private hospital with serious injuries.
Following the accident, local residents gathered at the site, and in protest, blocked the Patna-Masaudi main road near Bairia Mod. Demonstrators set up roadblocks and demanded compensation. Police from four different stations, including Gopalpur, Gauri Chak, Parsa Bazar, and Ramkrishna Nagar, arrived at the scene to restore order and address the situation.
