During a TV9 Digital Baithak in Begusarai, Union Minister Giriraj Singh responded to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s accusations of vote theft. Singh brought up Gandhi’s voter rights yatra, noting the collaboration between Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav, who he characterized as scions of their respective political families. He argued that had they not been born into influential families, they wouldn’t have attained prominence in Patna and Delhi.
Singh stated that despite accusing others of vote theft, Rahul Gandhi did not submit an affidavit when asked by the Election Commission. He described Gandhi as a non-serious and confused leader, prone to ‘self-goals,’ and asserted that such a leader has never been seen before. Singh discussed the progress under PM Modi’s direction in Begusarai and Bihar, highlighting major projects. He mentioned the investment of over 7,000 crores by PM Narendra Modi to revitalize Dr. Shri Krishna Singh’s legacy. The minister also discussed the nine thousand crore entry tax for the Bihar government from the Haldia crude oil pipeline. Dismissing the opposition’s accusations, he asserted that there is both industrial development and victory. Singh also commented on the need for infrastructure development, the granting of special status to Bihar, and the advancements in rail, road, and water transport under PM Modi.
