An event featuring Tejashwi Yadav at Patna’s Bapu Sabhagar concluded with a chaotic scene as the crowd became uncontrollable, resulting in property damage. The incident drew immediate criticism from the BJP, accusing the RJD of replicating the conditions of ‘Jungle Raj’. BJP spokesperson Neeraj Kumar highlighted the damage as evidence of the potential actions by the RJD if they were to gain power.
During the ‘Yuva Samvad’ program, Yadav urged the youth to give him 20 months, contrasting it with the time given to the current CM. He spoke about the end of an era of stagnation, and a new beginning for Bihar.
Yadav also took aim at the Prime Minister, accusing him of ignoring poverty and unemployment during his visits to Bihar. Furthermore, he dismissed the Chief Minister, citing concerns about his mental state.
He also declared that Bihar would not tolerate politics based on hatred or extremism. Yadav called for a government focused on youth and student leadership, development, progress, and love. He further stated that a focus on education, healthcare, employment, irrigation, and responsive governance was the only path to Bihar’s prosperity, not through bureaucracy and corruption.
