A resident of Sitamarhi, Bihar, faced legal consequences after trying to mislead the court. Rahman Mian, in an effort to shield his son, submitted a forged school transfer certificate to prove he was a minor. The court found the document to be fabricated and ordered legal action.
Rahman Mian, a resident of Bhulli in the Parsauni police station area, has had an FIR filed against him. His son, Firoz, is involved in a case with an existing FIR at the Mahila Thana, Sitamarhi. To help his son, Rahman presented the fake school transfer certificate.
The Juvenile Justice Board examined the evidence and determined the certificate was not authentic. This led to the order for the FIR against the father. The certificate was presented to the Juvenile Justice Board, but during the hearing, it was found to be false. Subsequently, a clerk filed an FIR at the Dumra police station, based on the board’s order.
In the recent FIR, Rahman Mian is accused of attempting to prove his son’s minority. He presented a document claiming to be a school transfer certificate from a Parsauni block middle school. The headmaster of the middle school testified before the board that Firoz was never a student at their school, and the presented certificate was entirely fake. The headmaster’s testimony confirmed that the school had not issued the document.
