The police in Sarmera are actively investigating the murder. The body has been moved to Biharsharif Sadar Hospital for a post-mortem. The deceased has been identified as Shishupal Kumar, son of Brij Yadav, of Chuharchak village. Local sources suggest the murder might stem from personal enmity or ongoing disputes.
Investigators are also looking into a potential connection to the murder of Kishori Yadav, which occurred in Chuharchak village on the nights of July 12th and 13th. Shishupal Kumar was implicated in that case. The authorities suspect that the recent shooting might be an act of revenge. The tragic incident occurred while the victim and his father were working in their fields.
Sadar DSP Nurul Haq stated that police are investigating the incident. He confirmed that a young man had been shot and killed in Chuharchak village. The police are examining every lead and taking measures to catch the culprits.
