A tragic incident on the Shahkund-Sultanganj road in Bhagalpur, Bihar, resulted in the deaths of five Kanwariyas and injuries to four others. The accident took place late Sunday night when the pickup truck carrying the group of devotees experienced a fatal electrical surge. The DJ music system, positioned on the roof of the vehicle, made contact with a live electric wire, causing the vehicle to overturn and end up in a canal. The Kanwariyas were traveling to Jayesthgaur Nathsthan for the fourth and final Monday of Shrawan.
