In a three-day trip to Chhattisgarh Central Finance Commission officials arrive in Raipur
RAIPUR. Officials of the Central Finance Commission arrived in Raipur this evening from Delhi. On the three day tour of Chhattisgarh, members of 15th Central Finance Commission Shri Ajayanarayan Jha, Dr. Anoop Singh, Dr. Ashok Lahiri and Dr. Ramesh Chandra reached Raipur this evening. Additional Chief Secretary Finance Shri Amitabh Jain, Chhattisgarh State Finance Commission officials and other senior administrative officials received their sincere welcome on arrival at Raipur airport.
Under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Commission, the Finance Commission will take stock of the development work being carried out in the state and also observe it in the field. They will get information about the state’s geographical, social, economic, industrial, political, etc. scenarios. At the same time, they will be aware of the obstacles or obstacles in the development of the state.
Panchayati Raj will discuss with the representatives of the institutions and urban bodies, in which the views of the representatives will be heard. Apart from this, the members of the Finance Commission will get different political parties from the state. The state government’s ambitious plan will be in the field of observation of ‘Narva, Garwa, Ghurwa and Baadi’ in the field of observation. They will also observe the archaeological sites of Sirpur. Members of the Central Finance Commission will sit with the senior officials of the Chief Minister and departments in the ministry and take information related to mineral, forest, housing and environment, commerce (GST), industry, Smart City, Nawa Raipur and related information.
