The Independence Day weekend box office saw a fierce competition between ‘War 2’ and ‘Coolie.’ ‘War 2,’ featuring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, opened on Thursday with a collection of Rs 51.5 crore, with significant contributions from Hindi and Telugu markets. On Day 2 (Friday), the action film continued its strong performance, earning an estimated Rs 56.5 crore, bringing the total two-day collection to approximately Rs 108 crore. Meanwhile, Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’ also performed exceptionally well.
