The Telugu horror movie Subham, directed by Praveen Kandregula, faced setbacks after its theatrical release on May 9th, 2025. The film, which starred Harshith Reddy and Gavireddy Srinivas, received some positive reviews regarding its horror elements and plot. However, it did not perform well at the box office and is now available for streaming online.
Initially planned for Zee5, the OTT release of Subham was delayed due to internal disagreements. JioHotstar later secured the streaming rights. The film launched on JioHotstar on June 13th, 2025.
Subham also features Charan Peri, Shriya Kontham, Shravani Lakshmi, and Shalini Kondepudi. Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s production banners, Tralala Moving Pictures and Kanakavalli Talkies, were behind the film.
