Pawan Kalyan’s ‘OG’ Breaks Records with $2.14M Pre-Sales in North America

The action-packed film ‘OG,’ starring Pawan Kalyan and Emraan Hashmi, is building anticipation ahead of its release. The film centers around the character of Ojas Gambheera, a gangster who returns to Mumbai after ten years to confront a rival. The recently released trailer showcased the dynamic performances of Pawan Kalyan and Emraan Hashmi, along with impressive visuals and thrilling action. The pre-release response has been substantial, with exceptional advance sales in North America. As of the specified date and time, ‘OG’ had sold around 75,000 tickets in North America, accumulating approximately $2.14 million in advance bookings. In the US, the film has seen approximately 69,000 tickets sold, amassing $1.97 million across over 2,100 shows in more than 490 locations. With the premiere approaching, further growth in ticket sales is expected, especially following the trailer’s release. Besides the leads, the movie features Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj, and others. Pawan Kalyan discussed his commitment to the movie and other projects, revealing that the shooting for ‘OG’ is complete with just a few days of work left on ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh.’ He expressed his commitment to his political responsibilities within the Janasena Party. ‘OG’ is directed by Sujeeth and produced by D. V. V. Danayya through DVV Entertainment, with its theatrical release planned for September 25, 2025.
