Amazon Prime Video has officially announced that the critically acclaimed prequel will be available starting October 31st. This much-anticipated film, a prequel to the hugely successful “Kantara – A Legend,” will initially launch worldwide in its original Kannada language. Audiences in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala can also enjoy dubbed versions in their respective languages on the same day.
Fans in North India will have to wait a little longer, as the Hindi dubbed version is scheduled for a staggered release shortly after the South Indian language debuts. The exact release date for the Hindi version remains under wraps. Rishab Shetty, the visionary writer, director, and lead actor, brings to life the legend of Panjurli Daiva, a divine protector of the Kantara forests, during the time of the Kadamba dynasty.
