Hrithik Roshan, the Bollywood star, is making headlines, not just for his film ‘War 2,’ but also for leasing an apartment to his girlfriend, Saba Azad. The film, which was released on August 14th, is still struggling to meet its budget. Roshan has rented out a luxurious sea-facing apartment in the Mannat Apartments, a prime location connecting Juhu and Versova in Mumbai, to Azad. These apartments typically measure between 1,000 and 1,300 square feet, and their rent typically ranges from ₹1 lakh to ₹3 lakh per month.
Roshan is leasing this apartment to Azad for ₹75,000 per month. The agreement was finalized on August 4th. Roshan had bought three apartments in the same location in 2020. One of the properties includes a duplex spanning the 19th and 20th floors, and another apartment on the 18th floor. Azad has also paid a deposit of ₹1.25 lakh. The Roshan family is known for their investments in Mumbai real estate.
In 2020, Roshan acquired the three apartments for ₹97.5 crore. His father, Rakesh Roshan, sold some of his properties in 2025. Hrithik Roshan, who is 51, has been in a relationship with Saba Azad, who is 12 years younger, since 2022. The couple frequently appears together and shares glimpses of their vacations. Saba Azad is also working on OTT platforms. Hrithik Roshan has several prominent projects lined up. Rakesh Roshan’s home was recently featured in Farah Khan’s vlog.
