A police investigation is underway following allegations of fraud against a manager at ‘Ground Cafe,’ owned by actor Jibraan Khan. The general manager, employed in 2022, is accused of defrauding Khan of approximately Rs 34 lakh. The incident came to light after Khan noticed overdue payments to suppliers and initiated an audit. An FIR has been registered against the manager, Ajay Singh Rawat, as a result.
Jibraan Khan has a history in the entertainment industry, starting as a child actor in films like ‘Bade Dilwala’ and ‘Kyo Kii… Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta.’ He is best known for his role in ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.’ He was also in ‘Rishtey’ in 2002. More recently, he worked behind the scenes as an assistant director on ‘Brahmastra’ in 2022. He has also made an acting comeback, appearing in the 2024 film ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’.
